I’m very lucky because I’ve always known I wanted to be an actress. I don’t know the exact moment in which this wish appeared, but I do remember that when I was three years old I watched The Neverending Story film and I thought: I will never stop playing and living fantasy worlds. Some years later, while reading The Seagull by Chekhov, I discovered a sentence that defined me. Nina says: “When I think of my calling I’m not afraid of life”.

In 2004, while studying Media at college, I did an audition which would change my life. Mar i Cel, a popular catalan musical. Since then I have never stopped working and learning. From this first period of time, I specially remember my little red riding hood role in the musical Into the Woods, for which I was awarded as best musical actress. In 2009 I attended a new audition at the National Theatre of Catalonia, and they hired me. There, I had the chance to perfom in ten theatre plays during four seasons. Then, more plays arrived, like  Barcelona, by Pere Riera; Liceïstes and Cruzados, directed by Jordi Prat i Coll; , On ne badine pas avec l’amour, by Natalia Menéndez; You say tomato, by Joan Maria Segura, The Witches of Salem, by Andrés Lima, and Infamy, also by Pere Riera. This last play marked a breaking point in my career. I won the critics award. With Jordi Prat i Coll I acted at the play Els Jocs Florals de Can Prosa, also awarded as best actress in Barcelona. Over the last years, I’ve been starring in television series like Christmas Days, Morroco: love in times of war, The Cable Girls or The Sea Cathedral. You can watch them on Netflix.

I’ve always liked writing songs and I dreamed about publishing my own music album for years. Finally that dream came true. I named it Scents. Eleven songs that talk about myself, about how I have discovered life and my own essence. You can listen to it here.
